BTS Return Policy

Thank you for your recent purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to a refund or credit consistent with the terms set forth in BTS’ Return Policy .  Please read our Return Policy carefully for prompt and accurate processing.  

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
-Items not in their original packaging or original condition
-Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
-Items sold as non-refundable or non-exchangeable  
-Items missing parts
-Custom merchandise

Instructions for Exchanges and Replacements

If you need to exchange an item, you must contact BTS within 30 days of your date of purchase.  

The following information will be necessary in order to process your exchange accurately and timely:

-Your Full Name
-Order Number
-Date of Original order
-Reason for Exchange
-Product Description including Product Number or Name

A customer service representative will process your exchange in accordance with this policy.  A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) will be issued and delivery methods will be explained at such time.  Items received without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the original sender.  

Fees associated with delivery of exchanged items will be addressed on an individual basis.  Items requested for exchange due to defects in workmanship, incorrect item, or shortage of items will be the responsibility of BTS.  

Instructions for Returning Items

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and seek a full refund in cash or by credit card, you must submit a claim no later than 30 days from the date of the original purchase.  

In order to submit your claim please contact our customer service department at (800) 241-6808, or click on the link below, Claim Submittal, and complete the form in its entirety.  Additional information regarding the reasons for your return will assist in expediting your claim.  Please note any order outside the 30 day return policy statement will not be issued an RMA number.  An RMA number is required before you can return or exchange an item.  

Items requested for return due to defects in workmanship, incorrect item, or shortage of items will be the responsibility of the company and no re-stocking fee will apply on such items.  

A re-stocking fee ranging from 10-25% of the value of the item will be assessed on all returns except items returned due to defects in workmanship, incorrect item, or shortage of items.  

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of items returned minus any and all fees assessed, including but not limited to return delivery fees and re-stocking fees.

Not all items are refundable.  Please verify BTS’ policy regarding your purchase prior to the time of purchase.  

Cancellation of Order

Orders not cancelled prior to shipping will incur a restocking fee of 10% up to 25% in addition to fees associated with return delivery, as applicable.  

Custom order items will incur a mandatory restocking fee of 25% if the order is cancelled prior to assembly and 50% if order is cancelled after assembly begins but before shipping.  Once items have been shipped, custom items are non-refundable/exchangeable.
